4. Brokerage, Commission & Fees

Maruti Properties Consultancy earns brokerage/commission from developers and sellers for properties successfully transacted through our facilitation. This commission is typically borne by the seller or developer and does not form part of the buyer's listed price unless explicitly disclosed.

For resale properties or specific arrangements, a brokerage fee may be applicable to the buyer, which will be disclosed clearly prior to site visits or negotiation. No fee will be charged without your express consent.

5. Free Site Visit

We offer complimentary site visits for properties listed on this website. A site visit is a non-binding activity and does not constitute any financial commitment from the buyer. Surendra Dhote or an authorised representative will accompany you during the visit.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse site visit bookings at our discretion. Transportation to the site may or may not be provided; this will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Buyer & Seller Obligations

Buyers agree to provide accurate personal information when submitting enquiry forms or WhatsApp messages and to engage with us in good faith throughout the transaction process.

Sellers and developers who have engaged Maruti Properties Consultancy agree to honour the agreed commission terms and provide accurate, up-to-date property information. Any changes to pricing, availability, or project status must be communicated promptly.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Any personal information you share with us — including name, phone number, and email — will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your property enquiry and facilitating real estate services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties unrelated to the transaction.
